During his tenure the station saw triple digit increases in revenue, the development of new local and national programming, and the creation of strong station managment teams. Tom also acquired radio station WLPR FM for Lakeshore and built a strong public radio presence in northwest Indiana.Tom also worked in the broadcast tower management and acquisition field with Tall Tower Capital helping broadcast station ownership manage their tower assets.Specialties: Operational management, branding and identity,mergers and acquistions,national syndication,mobile/remote productions and sales management.

In 2009 the company purchased a public radio station, WLPR 89.1 and also created the stations production service brand, Lakeshore Productions. Created Lakeshore News Tonight, the regions only nightly newscast.
