President/Owner Tom Carroll’s production successes include NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Basketball productions for the Chicago Television market, an award winning television infomercial, multiple outdoor television series for PBS and The Outdoor Channel, and live production of the “The Miss New York State Pageant.”Having led a Chicago market PBS station for ten years as President & CEO, Tom created a new business model for public broadcasters nationally. Tom’s proven ability to create and drive new revenue streams by producing and distributing programs for local and national syndication led to the creation of a production services core unit that contributed over $1 million annually in production revenues to the bottom line.Now Carroll Production is poised to become a leader in live event broadcast and cable television production and distribution.

From 2002 to 2012 Tom was responsible for overall management of the day to day operation of Lakeshore Public Television in the Chicago market. Increased quality of productions and staffing while reversing the stations financial position making it a financially sound public broadcaster. In 2009 the company purchased a public radio station, WLPR 89.1 and also created the stations production service brand, Lakeshore Productions. Created Lakeshore News Tonight, the regions only nightly newscast.

Reorganized the sales department for WPBS TV while opening four offices in two countries. Managed a successful sales force of 4 people. Also managed the station's event fundraising including on-air and online auctions. Sales included local and national sponsorships for television and production services. Oversaw the stations national syndication effort while developing new series for distribution. Created, syndicated and sold the following award winning national series for public television:Classical Stretch, Flyfishing Destinations, The Gardener and The Artists' World.

Responsible for all station productions including public affairs, documentaries,promotion,fundraising and national series. Produced, syndicated and sold the following national series: Streamside and Cabin Country. Syndicated and sold the following national series: Rod & Reel, From A Country Garden. Also managed all production services for the stations subsidiary Quality Productions, Inc. Sold and participated in production of the company's first major infomercial project The Flying Lure a multi-million dollar international success.

Produced and anchored the station's weekly newsmagazine series "The Public Eye". Also, created and produced award winning documentaries; "The Tenth Mtn Division Comes Home", "The Tenth Mtn Division Comes Home Part II" and " The Thousand Islands Bridge: An Arm of Friendship"
