Development of an innovative app reshaping the boating industry. Navipair connects boat owners with skilled craftsmen and DIY enthusiasts for repairs and maintenance, regardless of location. From conceptualization to execution, I was part in formulating and executed the go-to-market plan, strategically positioning Navipair in the market and ensuring its widespread adoption. Since our launch in May '22, Navipair has experienced rapid expansion, attracting over 3500 boat owners from more than 30 nationalities.

Leading the startup's journey from concept phase to scaling across three European markets. Responsible for sales and marketing strategies, crafted go-to-market plans and managing a team of 8 employees. Went from Zero revenue to achieving a record profit of 5 million DKK in the second full fiscal year.

My role encompassed Sales, PR, and Communication. Additionally, I helped with product development and user testing to achieve product-market fit. Most important areas of work:- Responsible for the course ‘Innovation’. A group consisting of 10 employees. - Member of a leadership group, with the purpose of increasing the quality of HHX.- Mentoring new teachers.- Pedagogical IT guidance counselor. A project aiming at increasing the use of IT in the classroom, mostly consisting of doing workshops for other teachers.- Pedagogical supervisor for new teachers doing their pedagogical exam.- Teaching Business Economics and Innovation.

Also, I have the role as Young Enterprise Coordinator, with the overall responsibility of facilitating the Young Enterprise Event with participating schools from the entire region. Advising Denmarks largest iGaming company regarding marketing of their affiliate company on the danish market. Comunit Media Ltd. experienced a 30% earnings increase in 2011, achieving its best financial year ever.

Advising Englands largest bookmaker about marketing in Denmark. Betfair's revenue grew 23% in Denmark in a declining market.
