Western N/A Brands and Retailers. Focused on developing branding solutions for top sportswear brands and retailers in Western North America. Main focus were markets in Pacific Northwest and Southern California.

Managed P&L of $35.5 million USD, and set all time sales record for annual and monthly sales, right-sized sales force highly focused on core markets. Reduced customer base by over 600 customers, but grew revenues beyond budget for the period. Greatly reduced number of SKUs to market for more profitable business, and helped implement transition of RBIS services from Greensboro, USA to Queretaro, MX and Central America.

Helped win largest Texas Grocery Chain by converting from steel packaging to lighter composite packaging, thereby reducing full container weight, and increasing capacity by 4 full pallets per shipment. Also increased freshness of ground coffee by integrating vacuum seal on non-pressurized composite cans, and eliminating oxidation for degassing by allowing degassing in cans.

Established global quality assurance with all inks and auxiliaries for printed label, offset, heat transfer, and other printed ink systems. Setup outsourced supplier rapid plant assessment program, and established core suppliers in each region around the world. Developed quality assurance program for all key materials, and setup color matching protocols for consistent color management for outsourced products. Developed quality assurance protocols for internal heat transfer production to eliminate 100% inspection, and reduce customer complaints. Created a model for a new machine to apply labels automatically, and worked with Suzhou, China factories to prototype, test, and launch finished equipment.

Grew annual sales for heat transfer labels from $3 million in 1st year, to over $38 million in 3rd year, while maintaining gross margins above 80%, and providing global technical service, commercial development, and product support.
