Leadership has manifested itself into many different forms in either the pastorate or just general leadership and team building opportunities. I have worked with families and children in various capacities for over 12 years and I have a passionate investment in this endeavor. While working as a Children and Family Pastor I developed and directed weekly children's ministry and outreach programs. I was also fortunate to serve over 80 churches during a five year appointment as the children's ministry director for the Joplin District Church of the Nazarene. A few years ago my path shifted from the pastoral ministry field into the community mental health field working as a case manager. I currently serve numerous children and their families in this capacity. My willingness to adapt to new challenges in both life and professionally has given me a greater freedom to serve the community as a whole. I'm a big thinker, I work well with others, I possess a great attitude and I value intentional and meaningful connection.
