Project Site SuperintendentHomewood Suites By HiltonOversee all construction activities, scheduling, inspections, RFI's, owner liason.

Manage current building project. Build proposals, secure sub-contractors, purchase materials, scheduling of work and inspections, maintain budgets, manage RFI's, public relations. Pull permits at local municipalities.

Consulting with clients to design solar electric panels to eliminate their dependency on conventional electricity suppliers.

While working with David Gabay General Building Contractor, his company specialized in the building of custom designed homes in the Laguna Beach, Newport Coast area of southern California. I was tasked with the duties of project superintendent being sure to adhere to the companies police to the highest building standards, building relationships with owners,designers, and sub contractors. As site superintendent I was overseeing daily operations, scheduling sub-contractors,managing files, contracts, request for information, liaison to owner, design meetings, inspections by local building dept.,job site safety meetings. This was a period of extreme growth for my professional career in handling customer relations, job site scheduling,and quality control standards.

Tru-Cut Builders is a company dedicated to the installation of fine wood finishes on custom built homes in the Orange County area of southern California. As the Site Foreman I managed job site work tasks for the installation of doors,windows,cabinetry, moldings,and other custom wood finish projects. Managing up to 12 employees per project and working closely with General Contractor to manage materials, time, and quality of installations.
