Client Services Manager for JLL Business Service Network. Facility Condition Advisor assists in the creation of expense and capital budgets through thoroughly documenting facility condition and necessary remediation or improvement projects. The Facility Condition Advisor is responsible for the following: • Completing facility condition assessments, including interpreting data from work order systems and engineering data. • Assist in creation of annual expense and capital budgets. • Effectively articulate descriptions of facility conditions including repair/service recommendations. • Coordinate updates to facility condition database. • Support scope creation of capital projects. • Provide feedback for performance of vendors (landscaping, janitorial, etc.) and maintenance staff. • Assist with collection of property information and responding to informational requests as necessary. • Interface with tenants and vendors in daily operations of the buildings. • Utilize mapping technology and scheduling tools to create a cost efficient travel schedule. • Identify and communicate best practices and cost saving opportunities for travel and inspections.

Administrative facility management including office build-outs, maintenance, security, office supplies, mail room, and other general office administrative duties pertaining to facilities. Manage 41,000 SF office space to ensure all Square 1 Bank standards are followed. Support 11 additional office locations throughout the country. Assume Security Officer responsibilities including the maintenance of security equipment, building access cards, new hire related training and emergency evacuation procedures.Main contact with vendors on facilities issues and building maintenance.Oversee repairs on facility and general non-IT office machine maintenance work.Coordinate office moves, new office set-ups, furniture and architectural build-outs.Document all facilities related procedures and communicate as needed.Ensure all facility vendor contracts meet budgetary requirements, propose cost savings when applicable.
