Rollin' From The Heart empowers at-risk youth through skateboarding, surfing and the outdoors. In my role as lead volunteer I help run an after school program for kids affected by homelessness at the Monarch School in San Diego, plan fundraising events and helped out with the day-to-day running of the organization.

Available for freelance projects in market research, non-profit partnerships, cause marketing, business management, business strategy, event production, and marketing & social media strategy. Focused on skateboarding but open for anything. Previous clients include: USA Skateboarding, Redbull and Dwindle Distribution.

Led strategy, execution and day-to-day operations of IASC, Go Skateboarding Day and the Skateboarding Hall of Fame Event. - Responsible for planning, organization, and direction of the organization’s operations, events and programs.- Worked with IASC member brands to incorporate their needs into the mission of IASC. - Created yearly research projects tracking the direction and size of the skateboard industry. - Develops and implements consistent accounting policies, procedures, and operational reporting/metrics.- Oversees and reports on the organization’s results for board of directors through quarterly board meetings. - Kept the lights on.

The Administrative Assistant for the Tony Hawk Foundationt helps with all activities of the Development department and manages everday office tasks. Manages the master THF donor database, assists in procurement of auction-item donations, answer phones and direct calls, assists with direct-mail efforts, and facilitates aspects of overall fundraising efforts, as directed (for example, event planning and execution of THF’s annual Stand Up For Skatepark benefits).
