Currently assisting in the development and implementation of baseline data collection for IPA's education system study in Paraguay "Tikichuela: Ciencias en mi escuela." Duties include developing survey materials to measure learning in preschoolers in over 280 schools in Caaguazu department. Tasked with the planning and coordination of fieldwork that involves managing the daily school routes of 16 local surveyors and their supervisors. I also assist the research associate with data analysis and maintaining data integrity.

Worked with the Foreign Service Institute as an assistant to the chair of Western Hemisphere Affairs. Helped organize and facilitate a two-week area studies course for Low and Mid-level Foreign Service Officers. Responsibilities included: contacting guest speakers, editing and managing syllabi, and developing a week-long in-depth refugee crisis project where Foreign Service Officers designed hypothetical policy, public relations, and programming responses to the recent unaccompanied minor immigration crisis. Other responsibilities included conducting current events research on Latin American issues, managing daily tasks in an office setting, and acting as a representative for the Area Studies department in interdepartmental meetings.
