Book Author: The Emergence Of The English Deferred Prosecution Agreement

Belfast, Antrim, Gb

"The Emergence of the English Deferred Prosecution Agreement" My original research considered the practical use of the Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. This UK DPA is wholly distinct from the DPA that originated in the United States of America. At time of writing, as it could only be entered into in England and Wales via English Law, my title was the Emergence of the English Deferred Prosecution Agreement because its application was limited by statute to not apply to the entire UK.Published By: Queen's University Belfast, Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, December, 2018
