Arizona Technology Enterprises is the technology licensing and venture development arm of Arizona State University and the Arizona Biodesign Institute. • I evaluated faculty invention disclosures in the life sciences for their commercial potential, and I marketed technologies. • I developed appropriate term sheets, negotiate agreements, and closed deals. • I interacted with faculty regarding their inventions and discuss criteria for commercialization.
