Responsible for:- Developing new business processes for management of IT project intake and delivery - Creation of new IT Project Management Office- Microsoft EPM implementation – Project Server 2013 and SharePoint 2013- Development of custom reporting and dashboards- Migration of enterprise IT projects to new EPM.- Created training curriculum and lead training of 80+ IT PMs and over 2,000 IT resources.- Managed ongoing support for PMO staff, project managers and system support resources.

Worked directly with Senior Leadership in leading Flagler Hospital through an electronic medical records transformation, the largest organizational change in its 100-year history.·Lead Allscripts Electronic Medical Records implementation – a $35M, 18-month project with over 300 team members, delivered on time, on budget and exceeded original scope.·Created the Flagler Hospital IS Program & Project Management Office.·Designed and implemented the Change Management Process.·Initiated, designed and built the Program and Project Management Information System on the Microsoft EPM platform – SharePoint 2010 Enterprise and Project Server 2010·Delivered over 200 enterprise IT projects for clinical, ancillary, facility and operational divisions.·Served on the Leadership Team responsible for hiring and developing IS/IT employees to meet the future demands of healthcare technology.·Member of Executive Leadership Committee responsible for developing organizational goals, pillars and leader evaluation processes and tools.·Graduate of Flagler Leadership Academy.
