At ESDC, I had the pleasure to be an FSWEP Student Intern in the IM/IT team of the PASRB branch. From this student internship, I have been integrated as a full-time casual employee of the branch.

At ESDC, I had the pleasure to be an FSWEP Student Intern in the IM/IT team of the PASRB branch. My position at ESDC stems from a Co-op placement with my school's Graphic and Web Design Program.Some of the tasks I took on were establishing branding for organizations within ESDC and designing stationery documents such as internal branding guides to make sure the branding identities created were carefully respected. I also designed and managed my team's internal Sharepoint site, which became the hub of our activity and crucial to our functioning as a team.Another part of my job was also to assist employees with tech support. I handled the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. I also assisted employees with submitting technical requests, such as firewall exceptions, to make sure that they were ready to work.
