I've worked with the American Red Cross for 11+ years since 2007. "Telerecruiter" was my Initial position, then in 2009 I was promoted to "Donor Recruitment Associate", and in 2013 I was then promoted to "Account Manager". During my employment at the American Red Cross, I also co-founded and helped manage Green Tree Recycling from its start-up in 2011 to my leave from Green Tree in 2016. Since 2014 I have also been continuing my education, and I won't be finished until I get an MBA.As of July 2018 I become an "Account Executive" at Gordon Schwenkmeyer Inc. a political and non profit fundraising company.I excel greatly at managing relationships, and being the champion of the client/customer/sponsor. I am an highly motivated individual, and I will always seek to problem solve and resolve all matters with innovative solutions. I am now Energy Solutions Manager for LGCY (Legacy) Power, giving homeowner effective and financial efficient solutions for powering their home.Awards and Accomplishments:- Achieved Annual goal 7 out of the last 8 years at Red Cross- Awarded the American Red Cross “Presidents Award” in 2016- California Legislature Assembly Certificate of Recognition 2017- City of Pomona Certificate of Recognition 2017- Pomona Unified School District Community Service Award 2017
