Embedded Subject Matter Expert / Mentor/Monitor at Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program (ATA), where I helped build the critical counter-terrorism capabilities of Jordan Public Security Directorate (PSD) Forensic Lab and Crime Scene Units with both knowledge-enhancing training courses and on scene skills development to detect, deter, and disrupt terrorist activities. I determined capability and equipment/training needs though site visits to various crime scene units as well as on scene mentoring of investigation teams. I prepared and presented detailed assessment reports to inform the U.S. Government about the capability of the foreign partner. I established and achieve quarterly and yearly milestones in alignment with capacity and capabilities building strategy.Following are the highlights of the value I brought to the Jordan Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program (ATA):★ Increased the Jordan Police Crime Laboratory capabilities by identifying training and equipment needs, resulting in a grant of equipment and training valued over $800,000 to the laboratory.★ Enhanced cohesion and cooperation between three police units by designing and executing joint training plans which included crime scene investigators, criminal investigators, and K9 teams in joint training exercises.★ Contributed to the development and mentoring of a specialized crime scene investigations team in the national capital area.

While working as an Operations Lead - Mobile Training Team at Palestinian Security Transformation Program, I planned and managed overall exercise operations of the Mobile Training Team to improve the quality/effectiveness of the training. I briefed stakeholders on upcoming training events, such as Palestinian National Security Forces (NSF) and Presidential Guard. I developed and revised detailed course curriculum and coordinated training related resources as needed. I planned and executed day long, scenario-based training events. I maintained detailed electronic files of all training events, curriculum, and resources. Working as an Observer/Coach/Trainer - OCT at the U.S. Army Joint Readiness Training Center, I observed, coached, and trained U.S. Soldiers in areas related to rule of law efforts in preparation of deployment to Operation Enduring Freedom. I supported US Army trainers in developing and delivering curriculum in field environments, preparing and executing training lanes on insider threat, street level engagement, entry control point search techniques, detainee operations, evidence identification and collection, and raids duplicating search and arrest operations under color of Afghan legal process.Following are the highlights of the value I brought to Joint Readiness Training Center:★ Contributed to the training of new Law Enforcement Professionals assigned to rotational training units in areas related to integration and best practices/lessons learned from real world deployments.★ Certified as an OCT (Observer Coach Trainer) by the US Army.

While working as an Embedded Law Enforcement Professional (LEP) - Afghanistan at Military Professional Resources Inc., I planned, delivered, and led training on street-level counter- gang investigative tactics, techniques, and procedures in a war-fighting environment. I accompanied mounted and dismounted patrols on street-level operations in hostile threat environments. I mentored a specialized host nation police unit in advanced investigative and surveillance techniques. Served as Chief of Crime Scene Investigations Section and Chief of the Political Economic Crimes and Corruption Investigation Section. Manage a staff of 16 financial crimes and corruption Investigators from seven different countries.. Manage a staff of 22 crime scene investigators from five different countries and Kosovo. Authored and implemented Standard Operating Procedure manual for both units. Developed and implemented detailed case tracking database. Additionally assigned as team leader on Organized Crime Task Force developed by Senior Crime Pillar Command Staff.
