Thaleo Europe Ltp is now a personal investment vehicle focused on early-stage (pre-seed to Series-A) European technology companies.Originally founded in 2005 as an industrial executive search boutique, Thaleo served tier-1 international manufacturing clients, recruiting leadership roles such as Industrial Directors, Factory Directors, Supply Chain, and Operational Excellence experts.After being dormant from 2014 to 2020, Thaleo was reactivated to explore how to best support early and growth-stage software and internet companies from a talent perspective. This work laid the foundation for the launch of Faraday Partners alongside Andrew Banks and Nick Fairclough.
