Architecture+Design Leader
CurrentThomas Christian has over 30 year’s professional experience in architecture and has spent most of that in the planning and design of educational facilities. His focus has been to create learning environments that elevate students’ educational experience and improve student performance. He has developed a keen understanding of how educators work and the diverse ways in which students learn. He is able to bridge the gap between educator and builder by translating the educators’ mission into a “bricks and mortar” design. Thomas is a student, advocate and practitioner of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Lean construction methods in order to improve the process of design and construction and to find ways to eliminate waste and add value to projects.
