- Creates specific project deliverables with the required level of quality for the Project Manager, or for the project sponsor directly when acting in the capacity of Project Manager, on time and within budget, by efficient coordination of team resources and good control of team activities, in order to satisfy the project objectives- Manages/assists in the planning, preparation, and maintenance of project team schedules, by realistically estimating activity duration and risks, to meet BMO standards - Uses proper planning and monitoring techniques to control and monitor project costs for the assigned project activities - Creates/participates in the development of project documentation drafts and updates, as well as creates and consolidates project reports, in order to monitor and control project management processes and project deliverables- Assists in the daily management of vendor relations in order to maintain good working relationships- Provides team leadership and motivation to obtain a high level of co-operation and contribution from team members- Performs various project administration tasks, including coordinating meetings, taking meeting minutes, forwarding communication releases, and performing maintenance of project tracking logs (i.e., issues, change control, etc.) in order to satisfy project management processes
