Responsibilities Include:-Working with Field Superintendents to reinforce safety, quality, and progress on larger scale projects. -Managing secondary projects that arise during projects by utilizing on site resources and manpower. -Managing reconstruction and repair projects. -Inspections and planning.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Composite Cooling Solutions (CCS) is a global leader as a design/engineer and construction contractor for custom built pultruded composite cooling towers. CCS specializes in field-erected FRP and concrete cooling towers, in both counterflow and crossflow applications.Responsibilities included:-Working with RSMs to accurately estimate the fabrication and installation of custom designed field erected cooling towers or WSAC's for both Domestic and International installations. Tower type, configuration and features are all determined per costumer specifications. -Preparing Reconstruction and demolition estimates. -Revising estimate costs when conditions or customer specifications are amended. -Preparing Project Management Workbooks for accounting and construction departments. -Preparing change order estimates for Sales and Construction departments. -Maintain and manage estimating procedures, methods, and developments. -Track estimating activity to report to sales management. -Contact and manage subcontractor scopes and quotes for turn key projects. -Work with engineering and construction department for specialty design and building requirements. -Generate lifting plans for elevated tower installations. -Assist new sales staff to help them better understand estimating processes and procedures.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Responsibilities included:-Overseas Supervision-Assisted with Thermal Testing-Reconciled Material Deliveries-Reviewed Drawings and BOMs-Assisted in Site Management-Safety Talks / Toolbox Talks-Site Visits and Measurements
