Senior Project Manager
Current• Reported directly to owner of the company and the building owner and other upper management contacts. • Oversee the construction on all projects including work of subcontractors. • Plan, organize, and help staff key field positions to accommodate the specific project requirements.• Estimate projects efficiently managed the cost and quality for the building owner, responsible for project construction cost, maintained accuracy of cost status report, researched to obtain purchases and buy-outs below budget.• Ensured quality assurance, inspected work for compliance, reviewed testing information and scheduled soil, materials testing laboratory, HVAC commissioning review, mechanical engineer and ADA inspector for compliance.• Prepared and maintained detail project schedule, revised initial project schedule, periodical updates to the schedule, updated and engaged project manager to provide input on schedule, effectively communicated to team.• Read, understand, interpret, and enforce company safety policies and practices. • Weekly project reviews with project managers and superintendents, validating scope, schedule, and budget provide knowledge on logistics, scheduling, safety, and personnel management.• Review individual performance of each employee and make recommendations for promotion, demotion, termination, or wage adjustment. • Interview prospective new employees • Complete continuing education relating to our field, as required
