As the Director of Publications, Print, & Mail at Bucknell University, I lead a team of 17 full-time employees and nearly 20 work students in meeting the University’s complex printing and mailing needs. Our high quality design and print pieces not only earn national recognition, but also forward the University’s mission by creating work that engages perspective students, alumni, the Bucknell community, and the public at large. As the director of a cost-recovery department, managing fiscal affairs is a key responsibility that I accomplish through efficient reporting, creative problem solving, and a supportive management style. Under my leadership, Publications, Print, & Mail has developed many valuable partnerships both on campus, and beyond Bucknell, including strengthening our relationship with several national printing and mailing organizations.
