My career thus far has been spent in business development, client management and revenue growth, and people leadership within the Employee Benefits and Talent Solutions Industries, within which I've closed $MM contracts to help solve Workforce challenges for some of the world's largest Global corporations. I enjoy connecting both people and ideas, seeking understanding within complex business problems, and collaborating with teams to help create better solutions and communities. I am a risk taker, an inquisitive listener, an inclusive collaborator, I love sharing ideas, I'm an enthusiastic and evocative facilitator and storyteller, and I excel at getting the best out of people and teams.Outside of 'my real job', I volunteer extensively with corporate Business Resource Groups, and have led committees focused on Career Growth, Development, and Empowerment, as well as Travel and Exploration.
