I enjoy connecting both people and ideas, seeking understanding within complex business problems, and collaborating with teams to help create better solutions and communities. I am a risk taker, an inquisitive listener, an inclusive collaborator, I love sharing ideas, I'm an enthusiastic and evocative facilitator and storyteller, and I excel at getting the best out of people and teams.Outside of 'my real job', I volunteer extensively with corporate Business Resource Groups, and have led committees focused on Career Growth, Development, and Empowerment, as well as Travel and Exploration. It is important for me to help break barriers to success for others, and to use my talents to help uplift people who need support and encouragement. As a lifelong learner, I have gained fluency within the art world, an appreciation for wine, and have traveled Internationally to 18 countries, all of which has helped me to better understand and value different perspectives, cultures, and world history.
