Hi there! I'm Thomas, though many know me as "Moose". I love exploring how things work and working to improve them. I've been tinkering with electronics and computers since I was 5 years old, and am looking to get beck into IT work. Computers are my passion, and I have been building my own and doing homelab network projects since high school. I am fluent in the use of TrueNAS Core and Scale servers, comfortable on Windows and MacOS devices, familiar with Windows server configuration and deployment, and love solving technical problems for friends and family whenever issues arise. I have seven years of experience working in Tech Ops for one of Canada's largest cable providers, solving customer issues and developing training and communications materials for deploying new software for troubleshooting networked devices. Music is my other passion in life, and I enjoy writing, arranging, producing, and performing. I'm the bassist and one of the vocalists of 100watt Headcase, a cover band in the Calgary area. I arranged half of the soundtrack for a fangame titled "Mega Man 2.5D", released in 2017, and continue working on electronic music in my free time.
