My approach is to understand and analyze technical issues and work on resolutions that satisfy the end user with as little disruption of production as possible. I have a great mix of technical and soft skills providing excellent customer service by not using a lot of technical language to those I'm supporting who aren't in a technical field.I currently provide IT Support and Maintenance Engineer for a broadcast TV station with over 150 employees. In addition, I perform New Hire Orientations which cover high level IT topics. Assist in managing IT assets, maintain and repair desktops and laptops. Manage VoIP phones, assignment of cubicles for temporary and new users. I purchase IT hardware and plan and organize computer deployments. working with Office365, Active Directory, Cisco VPN, and McAfee products. I am looking to add to my current experience and add to the level of knowledge and technical skills I have already. I am excited to be in a field where you can learn something new every day and enjoy learning new technical skills and knowledge.
