It's a Good Life is a television series that inspires, informs and provides insight on how to live a better life.

As Chief People Person & Institutional Advancement Officer responsibilities were to establish, build and execute opportunities to direct and move the organization forward to greater success. Responsible for managing, leading and organizing ongoing functions of the Development Department including employee relations, budgeting, public relations, marketing, in kind giving, volunteers and special events. I was the spokesperson on a local and national platforms, key leader on mission integration, and the face of the organization.

Responsible for formulating and building the Coldwell Banker West Shell Foundation in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. Created, planned, and executed community campaigns, initiatives, and key leader on community engagement. I was the direct spokesperson for the foundation working in conjunction with charitable, community and corporate partners internally and externally. I was the key contact for media, and all relationship and volunteer development. I worked very closely with the real estate agents regarding opportunities to engage their businesses with charitable projects, branding and in building the foundation and the foundation board. I was the primary leader for mobilizing the regional community, fundraising events, and building and leading boards and volunteers. Responsible for raising dollars through events like the Cattle Baron's Ball. Worked with and directed committee's on fundraising activities.
