Up for consideration to become news room chief video photographer, I declined the position and took the opportunity in Dallas, Texas. -

Traveled the state filming and producing magazine styled segments featuring the personalities of the Razorback state from Yellville to Hope, the birthplace of President Clinton, with Jocelyn White. News assignments included spot news, sports, engineering and shooting live reports and editing all film footage for the daily/evening newscast. Managed the 16mm film chain and the processing of chemical solutions on a daily basis. I was also required to assemble the evening newscast on the "A" roll and create the "B" roll in the dark room. Once ENG was introduced to the newsroom, I picked up my RCA TK 76 and Sony BVW 50 and never looked back at 16mm. -
