I was responsible for the operational and financial results of one of the largest office of The Netherlands: Eindhoven. - Key-account management- Responsible for commercial acitivities- Developing recruitment campaigns - Creating P&L statement- Monitoring ongoing financial and operational results, yearly turnover of 1.5 million euros. - Managing office team of 8 employees- Managing project team of 300 employees- Recruitment and training new employees- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week operational responsibility- Contributing to company growth by initiating and assisting lean projects

Responsible for the quality assurance of all outgoing and incoming contact of the service center. The service center was taking care of both payroll and personal administration of clients throughout Europe.
