  For banking and financial institutions, my emphasis is on lending, problem loans, bank deposits and collections and regulatory matters. In dealing with various bank regulators, I manage situations involving troubled institutions, their directors and officers. I am the author of the chapter on Bills and Notes for West Publishing Company’s Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts. In addition to banking litigation, I handle a variety of lawsuits including class actions, health care matters for hospital and nursing home clients, complex real estate cases, significant trust and estate disputes and the representation of title companies. In general commercial disputes, I guide buyers and sellers through conflicts resulting from mergers, asset sale agreements, shareholder disputes and corporate governance.
