Over a six year period, I worked with wide variety of engineers, software developers, and vendors to build a geographically distributed anycast DNS system with nodes in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia.As Chief Scientist, I was responsible for researching into next generation DNS and network/application performance concepts involving routing, geolocation, and network performance.As a co-Founder, I was regularly involved in corporate governance, recruiting, team building, and cultural development. I enjoyed frequent and rewarding interactions with Dyn's extensive worldwide customer base.

Provided technical support and customer service to users connecting to G4's statewide dial-up and DSL network. Designed and lead the migration of all customer relationship and billing data to a modern, SQL-based system. Was later responsible for core network and datacenter operations.
