About Thomas Daly Jr., M.Sc.

With over 16 years of experience in biotechnology and drug discovery I am an Antibody Discovery Scientist at Immunovive LLC. Here I started as a foundational employee looking to increase my leadership and senior responsibilities. Prior to this new position I was most recently a Scientist at Alloy Therapeutics, a biotech company that provides antibody discovery platforms for therapeutic research. My core competencies include in vivo immunization, hybridoma generation, ELISA, flow cytometry, cell culture, and data analysis. In this recent role, I project managed immunization campaigns using the proprietary Alloy Gx mouse strain to discover and generate novel human antibodies that support client research programs. I assessed the success of these immunization strategies via serum ELISA tests and cell binding via flow cytometry. I also developed and maintained hybridoma cells that produce targeted antibodies by fusing primary B cells from immunized mice with immortal myeloma cells. I am passionate about applying my skills and expertise to advance the development of innovative and effective therapeutics for patients with unmet medical needs.

Listed skills include Research, Elisa, Cell Culture, Data Analysis, and 14 others.
