Thomas Dambo is my company. As a Danish artist / designer with a master in design, I work together with my assistants to create art and design from old thrown away materials (to some known as upcycling). By doing this I hope to inspire others to play with the worlds leftovers, see the possibilities and have fun. We have made anything from furniture and interior design to major art projects and sculptures in and outside of Denmark. Before I founded the company Thomas Dambo I have worked independently as an artist / designer specialized in building from recycled materials / trash. I have also done many street art projects and have worked together with major festivals such as Roskilde Festival, Smukfest and Life is beautiful. You might know me from my Happy city birds project, where I have made more than 3000 birdhouses spread all over the world.
