In this role, I was responsible creating a brand and marketing strategy.

From 2018 until early 2020, I hosted the Act It Out podcast, a podcast for 'stories and ideas that make you better'. The podcast has been listened to over 150,000 times and was nominated for podcast of the year by Women's Health in 2020.

Bammboo is a Growth Hacking Consultancy that helped Corporates and Scale-ups grow their businesses through hands-on consultancy and training programs, with clients such as Young Capital, ING and VVD. I was the Growth Lead for the following projects:VVD: During this project, we created a new online acquisition strategy for membership recruitment. I was responsible for strategy, data interpretation, and project management.SonoSuite: During this project, we helped SonoSuite implement a data-driven marketing process. I was responsible for setting up experiments, data interpretation, and project management.Alflora: During this project, we facilitated the digital transformation of Alflora. We optimized the sales process and created and executed a new digital acquisition strategy. I was responsible for the paid marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google, setting up experiments, interpreting data, and project management.In addition, I was involved in the following projects:- Training Young Capital's Digital Marketing trainees. I was responsible for facilitating the entire training program.- Created the Bammboo Growth Podcast, where we interviewed startup entrepreneurs about the growth of their businesses. I was responsible for doing the interviews and distributing the content.

Pepperminds was a sales organization where new employees went through a development program. As a trainer, I was responsible for facilitating the training sessions.In this role I learned about: training, sales, psychology, mindset and communication.

Ditkeerwel is an online coaching platform that helped people in the business world improve their quality of life by assisting them in achieving their physical goals. We offered digital transformation journeys using a holistic approach based on the pillars of (1) nutrition, (2) training, (3) habits and (4) behavior change.I learned about behavior change, entrepreneurship, project management, and marketing (including Facebook marketing, email marketing, funnel optimization, copywriting, and social media marketing).
