Sphere Energy is a spin off from the Laboratory of Solid State Chemistry at Collège de France in Paris. It’s goal is to create, produce and commercialize innovative equipment to test new materials for batteries and alternative energy storage technologies.My main duties focused on Product Design covering all phases from prototyping / proof of concept to the scaling up of small production, Business development (stakeholders relationship management, digital marketing, physical conferences) and Supply chain management. After 2 years we developed 4 CE certified products commercially available in Europe and successfully filled one European Patent in association with CNRS.-Design-Prototyping-Manufacturing Technologies-Electrochemical tests

Sydney Prop Specialists is a company specialized in the design and styling of events and sets for the film, TV and photography Industry. The facility in Sydney offers 8 film-studios available for rent as well as the biggest collection of props in Australia. In the production workshop, I was in charge of building scenic spaces, furniture and multi-purpose accessories. Producing custom-made pieces for different clients allowed me to develop my skills in furniture design, carpentry, painting and moulding (silicone & fiberglass).Within an international team, I have learnt to work efficiently in order to deliver high quality work under short production delays .

At Lézar3D, my role was to assist the clients with the 3D printing prototyping process, using FFF 3D printing techniques.From the design of 3D models to their production on site using Makerbot and 3DSystems printers, I was providing guidance to the clients through all the design steps in order to assure that the solution presented would meet all the product requirements.We were able to raise our production volume from prototype to small run of parts thanks to the use of diverse silicone molding techniques. In this small structure (3 collaborators at the time) I also learned a lot in general entrepreneurship, sales and marketing through direct daily interaction with the president and founder.

At the ETS University of Montreal, I was working within the Products, Processes and Systems Engineering Laboratory (P2SEL). The project aims at developing a tool that will allow automatic comparison and analyzes of CAD-Software user's behavior while modeling parts.Tasks the tool performs: Collect data from the cad-modeling process (interaction between the users and the software)Treat the data and represent the different user's process of modelingAutomatically compare the different modeling processes and give statistical feedbacks

I worked as the Site Manager on one of the most famous Historic Monuments in Paris: "Le Palais de Chaillot". I created clear and efficient action plans for the workers, while also balancing the demands and expectations of the architects, suppliers, and subcontractors. My personal sense of human relation and my availability of contact helped me in getting quickly accepted as an efficient and easy-to-talk-with manager amongst the building site workers. As a result, I was able to provide a constructive-collaborative working environment for everyone involved.

Working in the French Mountain Air Force Center my main duties were:• Equip the Air Force pilots for mountain activities.• Prepared the skiing equipment and set-ups for each pilots.• Packed survival bags (probe, avalanche transceivers, peel) and demonstrated how to use it for survival practices.• High responsibilities tasks - dangerous activities at stake in which settings are crucial.• High skills of maintenance (using edging and waxing machines).
