I developed and managed a budget of $2.5 million with no deficits for 22 years. I led a $1.5 million capital campaign to build a preschool and teen center. Club program revenues increased from $15,000 to $1.5 million annually. Annual fundraising income increased from $50,000 to $650,000. I enjoy coaching and mentoring employees and was responsible for a staff of 16 full-time and 75 part-time professionals.I have been engaged with Boys & Girls Clubs of America on a local, regional and national level and attended the Boys & Girls Club of Garfield, NJ as a child.
