At Aegis Communications Group, he showcased his management skills by leading a team of remote technicians and successfully overseeing the construction of a state-of-the-art data center in India.Recognized for his versatility, Tommy excelled at Educap/LoantoLearn, where he built and managed a proficient team focused on delivering exceptional service to the call center and loan processing center. His ability to thrive in different environments led him to excel in the mailroom, where his utility leader skill-set truly blossomed.Tommy's career trajectory continued to soar when he assumed the role of support division director at GetWellNetwork, overseeing three tiers of helpdesk and managing remote field engineers. This experience opened doors to new opportunities, including his involvement with the founders of Core-apps at Gratis Internet. Collaborating tirelessly, they successfully transitioned the company into SocialCash and later Spruce Media.In 2011, Tommy joined Core-apps as the Vice President of Client Success.
