As the Project Manager for the organization I used my extensive IT background to write specifications, design work flows, and manage project life cycles. I also assist with development projects including in-house applications and the client facing web portal.

I was part of a development team for the Total Choice Payroll platform. I worked alongside the Business Analysts and the QA team. My role was to develop the report requests submitted by the Business Analysts using Crystal Reports. I also created custom applications for the client base using Xml, SQL server, and MS Access.

I managed staff of three employees in development of Visual Basic Projects and Technical procedures. I worked with all department heads to ensure the accuracy and validity of projects. I also assisted in the design of in-house programs using SQL, MS Access, Visual Basic, and Crystal Reports.
