As the East Coast Manager for Now Actors, I am responsible for the representation of talent we have in Melbourne and Sydney. Similar to the work I was doing as an Office Junior, I ensure that I know who every talent we represent looks like and have an understanding of their work. Through platforms such as Casting Networks and Showcast I look for opportunities and auditions that the talent can audition for. I am also responsible for seeking out new talent to represent.

As Office Junior I helped to manage the talent represented in Perth. This involved getting to know who every person was so as to be able to recognise them when they came into the office. I would make sure that our files were all up to date with their information and their profiles we correct.While maintaining all the information I also worked to find new opportunities for the talent through online networks Casting Networks & Showcast. I also provided in office support to other teams members to ensure all daily tasks were completed.

I founded Black Martini Theatre while studying at Murdoch University to be one of the student theatre groups. As founder and artistic director I have used Black Martini Theatre to present a variety of theatrical works as a director and producer. The idea of Black Martini Theatre is to do something that is different. It does not necessarily mean that it will push the boundaries of theatre, nor will it avoid presenting classic texts on stage. My role as a Credit Officer with Kleenheat was to provide support to the rest of the team. Within the team I supported various smaller teams working with consumer and commercial customers.The majority of my work was through the Oracle system to update customer information, clean up old records and ensure correct information moving forward for the rest of the team.

I was brought in to run a drama program with some of the Tru Kolors clients. Over the six months we worked on various dramatic skills and games to help boost confidence levels.At the same time we worked towards putting on a short ten minute performance at the end for family and friends.

I was employed as a casual technician to provide extra support to the team at John Curtin. My work often involved moving large set pieces around to various theatre spaces in the school. Another major part of my role was setting up the main theatre space for music performances and dance performances.At the beginning of each year the theatre needed to go through maintenance and have every light stripped from the theatre to be tested and tagged. In 2014 and 2015 I methodically worked to take down every light and clean them.I also worked occasionally as a sound technician for external shows, working from the bio box and backstage to provide support through operating the sound and maintaining microphones.

During my time at Melville Cares I was mostly involved in helping the Music and Movement program and the weekend Outdoors group; as well as other social groups at various times. The groups could be in range of 5 people and up to 35, occasionally much larger groups for special events. These groups were made up of people with disabilities, dealing with a variety of people and disabilities. My role had me supporting the clients to enjoy themselves, have a social life and achieve personal goals. At each program I either acted as part of the team of support workers or lead the night as supervisor. I would have to manage a wide group of people, solve problems on the spot and co-ordinate multiple groups in different vehicles when travelling to other locations. During my time with Melville Cares I was able to develop strong rapport with the clients and help many to achieve new goals.
