Tom Jones provided Consulting System Engineer support for the sales team in the Ohio Valley region for FireEye. This includes both pre-sales and post-sales support, doing presentations, and representing FireEye at various network security events.Tom was recently a Professional Services Engineer for Savvius (formerly WildPackets). He supported sales teams in US and Canada and conducted workshops and training sessions on packet capture and analysis products. He assisted in installation and setup of purchased and evaluation products for customers.Tom worked for Meru Networks from the beginning of 2012 through March of 2013. He has achieved various vendor specific certifications from previous employers. He is a member of the Cleveland Chapter of InfraGard and also a member of CyberCops. Tom has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from Cleveland State University.
