I have become a subject matter expert as it relates to sourcing, cost planning, and pricing and it's correlating results on supply chain and production. Through standardization of activities I have implemented and assisted in company growth and utilization of resources.From my experience of hiring, mentoring, and training employees I have assisted in the development of others and continue to learn the value and importance of communication.
