Current- Acted as the primary point of contact for risk management matters supporting large scale transformation programmes as a business integrator and/or system integrator- Reviewed and negotiated engagement agreements including NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements and statements of work for both private sector and government clients - Acted as a subject matter expert regarding contracting for delivery of AI services and products and participated in working groups to surface potential risks and mitigations surrounding AI - Reviewed data loss incidents and advised on next steps, involving the review of terms and conditions to determine our obligations to the subject of the data loss and escalation of any incidents where there is any risk of malicious intent - Facilitated escalations of complex legal and risk management challenges to appropriate senior management and internal SMEs, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Supported the development, deployment and implementation of key quality and risk management projects, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency - Drafted, reviewed, and negotiated various commercial contracts, with a strong focus on legal and risk management issues, ensuring compliance with organizational policies - Cultivated strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and delivering high-quality support - Demonstrated a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, successfully navigating complex issues to achieve favourable outcomes· Proactively sought opportunities to enhance technical, functional, and professional skills, contributing to continuous personal and team development- Self-motivated and driven, consistently achieving objectives and exceeding performance targets in a demanding and fast-paced environment - Effectively managed high-priority tasks and projects, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards under pressure
