Handle leaseholder enquiries on a daily basis.Maintain and manage service charge accounts and reserve funds for residential developments.Respond to maintenance reports and arrange cyclical servicing/testing/re-decorating and cleaning works.Hold and renew relevant insurance policies.Liaise between freeholders and leaseholders over alteration requests and solicitor enquiries.Provide 24 hour emergency assistance.Carry out routine site visits and provide regular reports to Freeholders.

Receiving, administrating and finalising day to day repair requests from tenants.Processing invoices and ensuring contractors are paid in a timely manner.Liaising with landlords and providing regular updates.Updating contractor insurance information and sourcing new contractors in all areas of the UK.Maintaining detailed records on a shared server system to enable access to information on previous repairs.

Carry out basic office functions including filing, answering telephone and email enquiries, accompanying viewings, updating marketing activities, basic accounting, handling maintenance reports.
