I lead teams of technical specialists. I love to work with expert professionals that will teach me something new every day. I have led environmental specialists, maintenance specialists, IT specialists, and medical specialists. I have found my purpose in applying this experience and passion to the development of nature based solutions and carbon markets. My own subject matter expertise is process management and the economics of sustainability projects. I really desire to understand what elements will make a project successful or unsuccessful over the long term, and design & operationalise accordingly. I strongly believe in the necessity of viable underlying economic models for nature based solutions, and am dedicated every day to make them work.I can definitely make nice slides, but my favourite part of the work is to be in the field with the expert teams to learn and to create the real and permanent solutions that the markets seek and the world needs. Being outdoors and nature come with the job, so good thing I like them. Needless to say a lot of my work is office based.
