In the current role as a Senior Program Manager in the US Army Japan, propelled the Army from fourth to second place in Japanese host construction nation funding. Secured $122 million in funding, significantly contributed to the Army's infrastructure capabilities, and fostered stronger relationships with joint command, US Forces Japan. Additionally, organized a design team to develop a DD 1391 30% design for the Yokohama North Shore power project, which was selected as the top project for an $87 million USARPAC MILCON construction funding. This design supports the stationing of the Composite Watercraft Company and demonstrates the ability to lead and coordinate design teams, secure funding, and deliver high-quality projects that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

As the Military Director at the Department of Public Works, oversaw an annual budget of $19 million for renovation and maintenance. My responsibilities encompassed the management of six crucial sections: Environmental, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, Business Operations, Real Estate Property, and Army Housing. In this role, I effectively prioritized and coordinated the allocation of resources to ensure the successful execution of our projects.

During their deployment to Afghanistan for 12 months, Served as the US and United Nations Program Manager for international demining for 5 months. In this role, they managed a 41 million annual program of international relief operations under the US State Department's oversight. Their efforts led to the removal of over 8650 lbs of unexploded ordnance and the clearance of 18 rural villages.Effectively coordinated with Garrison Master Plans, 10 MTN staff, and Materiel Support Command to successfully activate the 5th Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Shadow Platoon at Fort Drum. By organizing meetings with stakeholders, establishing milestones, coordinating requirements, and facilitating the mission, they ensured the platoon was activated on time, with appropriate accommodations and resources for the soldiers, command team, and aircraft.

In their role managing public construction for the US Army Japan Engineering Districts, oversaw a budget of 2 million across three projects, with a specialized focus on the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) fire code. In this capacity, they also developed the Contingency site relocation, ensuring adherence to safety standards and efficient project execution.
