Maintains effective communications with the Maintenance Division personnel and NTMWD management. 6. Develops programs for the preventive maintenance needs of the systems, and protocols for emergency repair response. 7. Participates in the development of Capital Improvement Programs for all three operating Systems, through review of analysis of existing facilities and recommendations for repair or replacement. — Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 1.
