I encouraged and supported my replacement with an interim CFO with bankruptcy and distressed asset sales experience. I resigned from Riverbed in February 2023 to seek a new opportunity and served as a consultant to the Company for approximately 6 months following my resignation. The Company was sold to Vector Capital in July, 2023. -
