Highly successful business owners have one thing in common–good decisions in buying commercial real estate and in business acquisitions.I’m Tom Solomon. I can help you make those good decisions. I share my 45 years of experience as a business lawyer, handling over 1,000 commercial real estate and business transactions with a current value approaching $2 Billion. I take almost three times the required hours of continuing legal education classes to coach sophisticated entrepreneurs and CEOs to be on the cutting edge when acquiring businesses and commercial real estate projects. I’ll help you get a competitive advantage in the buying process, get a better understanding of the process, figure out what you want, and determine how to get there.I’ll do this by:• assisting you so your acquisition documents are written directly, clearly, to the point, and with a minimum (preferably no) legal jargon;• working with you to think through the details of the purchase and reduce it to words of few syllables in easily read sentences understandable without a law degree;• motivating you to create out-of-the-box solutions to your complex situations;• using the clear-headed logical thinking honed by my Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy, experience as a combat veteran, Magna Cum Laude degree from the University of Houston Law Center, years of experience, and continuing legal education to help you move forward with a well-rounded, comprehensive approach to your business deals with documents clearly outlining what you expect from the transaction. My mission is to provide legal coaching to help competent, creative, and driven business owners to make the best decisions in buying businesses and commercial real estate.
