'We get IT done’ was our motto. More than words, it was the way we worked, lived and delivered at Trasys.

Primary goal was to ensure project profitability from order time to complete delivery, which I enjoyed with such a great team of controllers & colleagues within Finance & Accounting.

Responsabilities included the support of the business with financial projections and business analysis in light of capital raising activities, investment opportunity analysis and day to day management of the operations.Achievements include the re-development of budgeting, forecasting and reporting tools to support the 150 stores in Europe with a flexible and fully integrated solution.

Reporting to the Benelux General Manager, in charge of Finance & Administration for the 4 legal entities in Belgium, including accounting, reporting, daily cash management, HR administration, VAT & corporate tax returns. Managing a team of 4 accountants.Projects included the incorporation of a subsidiary in the Netherlands for expansion in the dutch market, the implementation of the Lawson ERP system (module AP, AM and GL).
