As the director of engineering program management I was responsible to establish, justify and prioritize all engineering projects. I was also responsible to assign the necessary personnel to assure the program's success.

• Managed marketing for Nikon's line of semiconductor lithography equipment with 5-member staff, 15 field reps, and $15 million annual Mar/Com budget.
• $25 million increase (25%) in first-year revenue generated after implementing uniform product information plan, which increased first-year customer satisfaction from level 12 to 4 and level 2 in second year as measured.
• Developed technical articles and ads as spokesperson for company and products in trade publications.

• Managed engineering and manufacturing operations for X-ray lithographic system for semiconductor manufacturing with 135 engineers and manufacturing specialists and $50 million annual budget.
• Shipped first units more than six months in advance of targets by establishing both engineering and manufacturing plans for prototype design as well as both "Alpha” and “Beta" products.
• Developed engineering and manufacturing disciplines to ensure complete system compliant with customer needs.
• Five U.S. Patents granted for various equipment designs.
• Implemented full 3D CAD/CAM engineering to improve time to manufacture.
• Improved QA by developing and implementing revision control.
