As the Lead for the Basis team of the USDA's MIDAS project, I provide leadership for both ongoing maintenance and new project work. My emphasis is ensuring strong, consistent processes are in place, are documented, and are used across the entire team. My efforts primarily focused around the upgrade of PI. In addition, I provided Technical Project Management support and provided key contributions to the winning.
