Worked on a number of initiatives as either PMO support or change and communications lead. All initiatives were managed out of the central PMO within Maersk Transport & Logistics IT. Initiatives include: Implementation of new PMO tool including standard PMO processes and governance for project-, programme- and portfolio managers. Implementation of a career and competence framework for project and programme managers. Development and execution of PMO communication strategy to ensure awareness, collaboration and solid stakeholder management of the leadership and their project/programme managers.

Projects include: Design and implementation of offices in Denmark and England (BCO award winner). The purpose of the projects were to create a stronger link to Maersk’s strategy and digital work patterns. The projects covered a wide array of activities including communication, process optimisation, behavioural analysis, sourcing, vendor management and design of IT infrastructure. They also covered full responsibility of the implementation phase as well as stakeholder management of the leadership team and +800 employees.

To achieve my goal of learning French I took a job as a receptionist when studying in Nice, France. The position as receptionist in Nice's Casino (Le Ruhl, Casino Barriere de Nice) included performing check-in of guests and documenting their reservations by telephone and face-to-face contact in French.
