Reporting to the Director of Studies at the Lyon campus, in charge of designing and delivering training sessions for the school's student journalists.Accomplishments:• Designed and ran a course to introduce students to the basics of video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.• Designing and running a training course to help students discover the differences in format for producing videos for social networks, depending on the target platform. Creation of two videos on the same theme over the course of a week. The first for YouTube and the second for Instagram.

Reporting to the Editor-in-Chief in charge of editorial innovation, lead video production and editing for digital newsrooms across all of Euronews’ language services.Accomplishments: • At the request of the editorial management team, I put my digital expertise to work on Euronews’ digital transformation, acting as an expert and trainer, in particular on the merge of the TV and Web sections. This allowed me to acquire a strategic and operational vision that is crucial for the adaptation of content on various platforms.• Creating video courses for the in-house e-learning platform, Euronews Academy. Providing expert advice on new methods and graphic tools to facilitate the production of training content.• In-person training for media partners such as Jurnal TV (Moldovan news channel).• Working with the IT, marketing, product and graphics teams to present best practices, formats, products and ideas in video production and introduced them to the newsroom. This led to the re-design and launch of new video templates used on all Euronews digital platforms.• Monitoring and supervising video production and key performance indicators in coordination with the Head of Social Media Strategy. Introducing a presenter-led video format to encourage engagement on Instagram.• Work closely with a team of video editors, delegate stories and ensure video production standards are maintained.

Reporting to the Editor-in-Chief in charge of editorial innovation, responsible for developing and producing video series for the channel's digital platforms, within the budgetary framework defined by the manager. Also responsible for creating associated promotional content for social media platforms and managing the production team composed of a video editor, a cameraman and a motion designer.Accomplishments: • Production of a series of video explainers on technology-related themes, with the aim of providing the audience with the knowledge they need to better understand the content of the site's dedicated section.• Creation of a vertical video format dedicated to the themes explored in the video explainers, designed specifically for social media platforms in order to reach a wider audience.• Production of a series of video interviews featuring disruptors who are rethinking the future of money, work, health, home and mobility. • Conceptualised the video layout and edit for a partnership with the London Underground. • Co-created Euronews’ first digital-only series Xplainer. • Created Euronews’ first animation-only explainer for the European Parliament election.
